职位职责：

• 产品的准入，开发等销售工作以及渠道的管理
• 非临床科室（设备科，耗材科，医保科等）的客户维护等
• 发展及实现产品的有效的医院覆盖，并开发潜在市场
• 负责提供市场反馈信息，完成日常性的销售报表
• 负责与客户建立良好关系，保持和维护公司品牌和形象
• 对代理商进行有效管理和支持辅导

职位要求：

• 统招本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，药品或器械背景均可，有渠道管理以及耗材销售经验优先；
• 良好的自我驱动力及较强的学习能力
• 勤奋踏实，积极正向，团队合作能力；
• 富有朝气，抗压能力强，三观正，适应高频率出差
